Meet your speakers
Alexandra Sidoti
Senior Ombudsman, Investments and Advice, AFCA
Alexandra commenced her career in private legal practice in litigation. After leaving private practice, she moved into the financial services industry where she has over 15 years experience. Previously with FOS, an AFCA predecessor scheme, Alexandra has worked across all product areas but specialised in investments and advice. She has worked in case management, conciliation and people management prior to joining the decision making team in 2020. Alexandra also has extensive experience in teaching and training in alternative dispute resolution skills, particularly in conciliation practice.
Alexandra has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and Masters of Dispute Resolution (Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney.
Robert Kimberley

Rob has been working with the FAAA since March 2021 and is responsible for delivering the FAAA’s professionalism function.
He has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Australia and internationally, working in both the public and private sectors, for wealth management firms, top tier banking groups and regulatory bodies, specialising in dispute resolution and advice review.
